Hinano Sapporo Tokyu provides a healthy-foods buffet with mostly Japanese-style dishes, including lots of vegetables. For people who prefer a vegan/organic restaurant, Hinano Sapporo Tokyu is a good option.
The all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant does serve some meat and fish, but most of the dishes are in fact vegan. With more than 10 monthly menus including Tempura (vegetables and seafood dipped in batter and deep-fried), curry and rice, rice cooked with various ingredients and pickles, Hinano Sapporo Tokyu also offers a healthy salad bar, delicate desserts, organic coffee and tea. All dishes are lightly yet adequately seasoned. Enjoy organic cuisine with a great view of Sapporo in a casual but comfortable atmosphere.
Hinano Sapporo Tokyu is easy to find, on the 10th floor of Tokyu department store. It is about a 10 minute walk if you use the underground pass from Sapporo Station. Take “crystal elevator”, an elevator which has a great view and it will bring you straight to the 10th floor. Lunch time starts from 11:00 to 16:00 and dinner time opens from 17:00 to 22:30. The fee is 1575 yen ( 2100 yen for dinner) per adult, 840 yen (1050 yen) for children aged 7 to 12, 420 yen (525 yen ) from 4 to 6. As the restaurant is usually crowded with people who love health-conscious food, advanced booking via online is highly recommended.
