“Tour was awesome. Guide was very knowledgeable and kept good conversation during down time. Some bus wait times were a little long but that’s because it was winter schedule. I would definitely recommend a tour to others but maybe they should do it in the spring or Autumn. I really enjoyed the unique view winter gives but I know some people just can’t do cold.”

She took us to several very interesting locations in the city, one of the stops was this tea shop, which was perfect for the cold weather, we recommend this tour for anyone visiting Sapporo for the first time.”

“The highligts of our walking tour in Sapporo were the Nijo Market and Sumibi Izakaya En, a bar/restaurant in the Susukino area. The Nijo market is a showcase of Hokkaido seafood and the izakaya has excellent Sapporo draft beer and delicious grilled meats and seafood. Ken-san, our guide, was also very good company and kept us engaged.”

“There was an itinerary but as it was customizable we were allowed to change it to suit our interests and Hiro was totally accommodating with this. He was extremely patient and although the tour was only 4 hours long, he stayed with us for almost double that time. Otaru was definitely a place that I would return to and Hiro is defy the guide that I would ask for.”
